Tropical lights

I'm usually into short earrings but when I saw these ones I just couldn't resist them, specially because they remind me so much of summer! They have some tropical look to it but it's not too obvious! So as soon as I received them I knew I had to take some summer inspired pictures, and by that I mean lots of sun, light colors and colorful makeup! I love the final result! What do you think?

Normalmente costumo gostar mais de brincos curtos mas quando vi estes não consegui resistir, principalmente porque me lembram tanto o verão! Têm um ar tropical mas não é exagerado! Por isso assim que os recebi soube que tinha que fazer umas fotos inspiradas no verão! Ou seja, muito sol, cores claras e maquilhagem colorida! Adoro o resultado! O que acham?

Happy birthday!

Still can't believe it, but today is my blog's first birthday! In some way it looks like I just started it, I love it so much that it's hard for me to see the time and work I dedicated to it, when you do something you love it feels natural! But on the other hand, I am very proud of everything I've achieved with it! It's still a baby, but one year ago, I never thought it could grow so much.. I've worked with quite some brands, I've discovered new styles, made new friends but most of all, I met you! You have no idea of what every fan, every like, every comment, every page view means to me! Seriously, I never thought I would have such a positive response! So now, that it's been a year since my first post, I want to send you a big, big kiss and a gigantic thank you! Stay tunned because the best is yet to come! 

Ainda não acredito, mas hoje é o primeiro aniversário do meu blog! De alguma forma parece que o comecei ontem, adoro-o tanto que é difícil para mim ver o tempo e trabalho que lhe dediquei, quando se faz algo de que se gosta mesmo não custa! Mas por outro lado, estou super orgulhosa de tudo aquilo que consegui com o blog! É ainda um bébé, mas há um ano atrás, nunca pensaria que pudesse crescer tanto.. Trabalhei com algumas marcas, descobri novos estilos, conquistei novos amigos, mas mais importante que tudo o resto, conheci-vos a vocês! Não têm ideia do que cada fan, cada like, cada comentário, cada visualização significa para mim! A sério que nunca pensei ter uma resposta tão positiva! Por isso, agora que passou um ano desde o meu primeiro post, quero dar-vos um grande beijinho e um enorme obrigada!  Prometo que o melhor ainda está para vir!

I got this t-shirt from chicnova some days ago and I absolutely feel in love with it! It's just so cute! I couldn't wait to style it! Lucky me, the weather here got so much better, suddenly it started to feel a little bit like spring! So, as usual, I am super excited about it! :) today I'll be going out for a coffee on the seaside! Hope it's not too windy!

Recebi esta t-shirt da chicnova há alguns dias e apaixonei-me por ela! É tão fofinha! Queria imenso usá-la e estou cheia de sorte porque o tempo melhorou imenso, de repente ficou tudo com um ar mais primaveril! Winter in the city

My first post in February! January went so fast I still can't believe it! With all the exams and work, I had absolutely no time to even appreciate a little bit of 2013! So now that it's already the second month of this new year and with only one exam left to go, I must seriously start doing some of my 2013 resolutions! Also, is it me or it's been way to cold? God, I feel like layering! 

O meu primeiro post em Fevereiro! Janeiro passou tão rápido que ainda não consigo acreditar! Com todo o trabalho e exames, tive zero tempo para aproveitar 2013! Por isso, agora que já estamos no segundo mês, tenho seriamente que começar alguns dos projetos que tinha planeado! É de mim ou tem estado mesmo frio? Só me apetece vestir imensa roupa!
