Sunflower

I love to have fun with clothes! Bold prints, fun expressions, colorful and bright images! But I always have the hardest time transitioning my wardrobe from winter to spring because I’m so used to wearing dark, dark, dark that I feel like I’m too colorful too leave the house! So garnments like this fun sweater are perfect for me to help me go from dark to really bright and happy, specially because nothing makes me happier than flowers!

Adoro usar roupas divertidas! Padrões fortes, expressões divertidas, imagens coloridas! Mas é sempre super difícil passar do inverno para a primavera porque estou tão habituada a usar roupas escuras que tudo me parece sempre demasiado colorido! Por isso peças como esta camisola são perfeitas para esta altura e ajudam-me a passar de muito escura para colorida e primaveril, principalmente porque nada me faz mais feliz do que flores!

Spring guard

This weekend was so lovely, and warm, and nice. The sun has been shining a lot lately and it just makes me extra happy! I was actually going to wear this outfit with my bare legs (yes, I’m that excited for Spring!) but then I had to throw in a pair of tighs, just because I really felt cold! Not cool!

Este fim-de-semana foi tão agradável e quente. Tem estado imenso sol e eu fico tão contentinha! Ia usar este conjunto sem collants (sim, estou mesmo entusiasmada com a Primavera!) mas depois tive que juntar uns collants porque estava mesmo cheia de frio! Nada divertido!

Fashion diaries

Just had a really, really busy weekend and I’m now joining forces to fight an equally stressful week. Can’t wait for summer to begin! Yes, I want summer! Not Spring, not anything in between! Just pure, hot, long Summer days! Who’s with me?

Acabei de sair de um fim-de-semana bem ocupado e estou a juntar forças para enfrentar uma semana que se avisa bem stressante. Nunca mais é Verão! Sim, eu quero Verão! Nada de Primavera! Só quero dias longos de puro, quente Verão! Quem concorda?

Pampering

Friday is always my favorite night for pampering! It’s the end of the week and I feel extra tired, specially because I don’t have a lot of me time. So reaching the end of the week and having those extra hours to take care of myself feels super comforting. I’ll be using some of the amazing things I got for Valentines and that I haven’t spent yet and then I’ll do my hair and nails. So good!

Sexta feira é sempre o meu dia favorito para me mimar um bocadinho! É o fim da semana e sinto-me super cansada, principalmente porque não tenho muito tempo para mim durante a semana. Por isso, chegar ao final da semana e ter aquelas horinhas extra para cuidar de mim é muito, muito reconfortante.  Vou usar algumas das coisas que sobraram dos meus presentes de S. Valentim e depois vou arranjar o cabelo e as unhas. Tão bom!

Lilac it

It finally starts to feel a bit like Spring! The days are getting longer, you get to see a bit of blue sky every now and then instead of the constant dark grey, and you finally get to sit in a garden without freezing to death. I love this time of the year when it all feels like a new, better era is about to begin, I feel this incredible motivation to start doing crazy changes in my life! I organize everything, start moisturizing hair, face and body a little too much, and just get filled with this constant positive energy that makes me a much more energetic person. I just love it!

Finalmente começa a parecer Primavera! Os dias estão mais compridos, já dá para ver um bocadinho de céu azul em vez do constante cinza e finalmente conseguimos sentar-nos num jardim sem congelar. Adoro esta altura do ano em que parece que uma nova e melhor era vai começar. Fico com uma enorme motivação para fazer imensas mudanças! Reorganizo tudo, começo a hidratar o cabelo, a cara e o corpo em absoluto exagero, e sinto-me completamente invadida por uma constante de energia positiva que me torna uma pessoa muito mais energética. Adoro!
