I’m so excited about how hot it’s been getting! Finally starting to feel like summer is coming and I just can’t wait! I’ve been having so much to do and the thought of having time for myself and the blog is just out of this world amazing! We’re officially 4 days away from summer and 2 weeks until I’m on vacations! Let the countdown begin!

Estou tão entusiasmada com o calor que tem estado! Finalmente cometa a parecer verão! Tenho tido tanto para fazer que pensar que vou ter tempo para mim e para o blog é completamente surreal e maravilhoso! Faltam oficialmente quatro dias para o verão e 2 semanas até eu estar de férias! Que comece a contagem decrescente!

Blue Paradise

Can’t even believe I’m finally writing a new post! God, I missed this! It’s so hard to justify why it’s been so long since I last posted, because there are just so many reasons and honestly it makes me sad and this blog is not about that, I won’t even allow myself to write a line of sadness here because it just wouldn’t make sense with the blog’s context or my own context to be honest!

So we’ll skip that to let you know that while I was gone I have been doing a lot of thinking and I do have some new projects coming up this summer! Keeping my fingers crossed!

Thank you so much for the emails, comments, views and I am so sorry for keeping you guys waiting for so long but it really was all I could do. I love you and I will talk to you soon!

Não acredito que estou finalmente a escrever um post novo! Tive tantas saudades! É tão complicado explicar o porquê de estar tanto tempo sem postar, porque são demasiados motivos e deixam-me triste e este blog não é de todo sobre isso, por isso nem me vou permitir escrever uma linha de tristeza aqui, que ia destoar com o contexto do blog e com o meu próprio contexto para ser sincera!

Por isso saltamos essa parte para dizer que enquanto estive ausente, pensei muito no blog e tenho alguns projetos novos para este verão! 

Obrigada por todos os emails, comentários, visualizações e desculpem ter-vos deixado à espera durante tanto tempo mas foi mesmo o melhor que consegui fazer. Adoro-vos e voltamos a falar em breve!

Tropical Jungle

One thing about spring is that it has been making me want to wear vibrant, exciting colors! It’s no surprise that my closet now looks like part of a Nicki Minaj video (as for colors not for style, of course!). This tropical pattern dress has been one of my latest additions and it’s been making me so happy! Totally makes me feel like I’m on a vacation!

Uma das características desta Primavera é que me tem feito ter imensa vontade de vestir cores fortes e vibrantes! Não é muito surpreendente que o meu closet pareça parte de um video da Nicki Minaj (em cores não estilo, obviamente!). Este vestido com padrão tropical é uma das minhas mais recentes adições e tem-me feito tão bem disposta! Quase que parece que estou de férias!

Blue jeans

Ever since I graduated, I was never very fond of jeans! I always felt like skirts or dresses were much more feminine and because I never really cared about being super comfortable (I’d rather look my absolute best), I felt like jeans didn’t really fit my personality and so I saved them just for those times when I needed to feel absolutely comfy, like for weekends in the countryside with friends.

But this year, I’ve been having so much work and so many errands to do that I really have been using my favorite pair of jeans a little too much and I must admit I’m loving it, specially when paired with some statement slippers and jewelry for a more classic, timeless look.

Desde o fim do secundário deixei de ser muito amiga de calças de ganga! Sempre vi os vestidos e as saias como peças muito mais femininas e como nunca me importei muito com estar confortável (preferia estar no meu melhor), sentia que as calças de ganga não combinavam muito com a minha personalidade e guardava-as para situações em que tinha mesmo de ser, como os fins-de-semana no campo com amigos.

Mas este ano, tenho tido tanto para fazer que tenho usado o meu par favorito em absoluto exagero e tenho que admitir que ando a adorar, especialmente quando combinado com slippers e acessórios divertidos para um estilo clássico e intemporal.
